Hearty Fruit & Oat Smoothie!

This is a healthy and filling Smoothie! A good alternative for breakfast! Love it!

Ingredients

1 cup quartered strawberries
1 sliced banana
1/4 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 teaspoon maple syrup

Directions

Toss into blender.

Nutty Idea
Top with 1/4 cup chopped nuts, such as almonds or walnuts, for a more filling meal.
