Go Bananas for healthy Hair!

You must know that healthy hair can be achieved and the answers can be found in your kitchen or inside your refrigerator. You need not to resort to chemicals all the time for it can further damage your hair. This time, go for natural hair treatment – proven safe and effective plus less side effects.

If your hair is starting to show signs of damage from heat styling or color treatments, try this Hawaiian secret for super-shiny tresses:

Use a fork to mash one banana in a bowl, then slather the mixture from root to tip. Leave the treatment on for 15 minutes, then wash with shampoo. Bananas help improve the health and natural elasticity of your hair thanks to their high levels of potassium.

…and there you go with happy healthy Hair!

Here are some foods for you to eat for healthy looking hair!

For dry and brittle hair regularly massage your hair with natural hair oil like coconut, olive and jojoba oil
Massage your scalp daily after taking a bath for good circulation to ensure that your hair is getting the nutrients it deserves thus preventing hair
Do not use curling and straitening irons too much – it can cause brittleness
Trim your hair every after 6 weeks to eradicate split ends
Wash your hair after you get a dip in the pool – chlorine can dry your hair and make it brittle, if possible wear a swimming cap
Brush your hair with brush that has natural tips rather than plastic ones, start removing tangles first then make a long stroke brushing from the tips to the ends ensuring that the hair oils is spread properly.

Hope you like to read about those natural beauty treatments! I especially love them! If you know any other beauty treatment, please share it with us here! Thanks! 💞
